Evolution: Review, Refine, and Get It Right

Welcome to Evolution, step 4 of the S.P.E.E.D. method. In Execution we built a working first draft. Now you review the work and tell us what to change.

We make the updates, then run our full launch checklist so everything works on phones and computers before anyone else sees it. Evolution is where a good draft becomes a finished project you are proud to share with customers in Killeen, Copperas Cove, Leander, Austin, or anywhere you do business.

What Happens During the Evolution Phase

On a website project, Evolution usually happens around day 11.

A walkthrough of your draft

We walk you through the draft so you can see how each page works and how it points visitors to your #1 goal. Ask anything. This is your project.

Your requested changes

You tell us what to change, and we make the updates. Up to 2 review rounds are included. To make each round count, gather your feedback into one list per round. That way nothing is missed and changes land together.

Changes beyond the included rounds

If you want more changes, or changes outside the scope, we quote them first and do them only with your written OK, just like in Planning.

Testing and Our Launch Checklist

Before anything goes live, we test it. We check that:

  • Forms send where they should
  • Links go to the right pages
  • Pages look and work right on phones and computers

Then we run our full launch checklist before go-live. If your project includes AI chat with V.I.S.I.O.N. or AI phone answering with D.I.A.R.A., those connections are part of the review too, so you know they behave the way you expect.

Why Evolution Matters for Your Results

A site that looks good but has a broken form or a confusing page loses customers. Evolution is where we catch those problems. Your review makes sure the facts about your business are right, and our testing makes sure the site actually works for the people who visit it.

Evolution ends with your final approval to launch. Nothing goes live until you sign off.

Serving Austin, Leander, Killeen & Copperas Cove

Clark & Harper Visions is a veteran-owned web and AI agency serving Austin, Leander, Killeen, Copperas Cove, and clients everywhere virtually. Review sessions work well by phone or video, so you can walk through your draft from your shop, your office, or your truck.

How Evolution Fits the S.P.E.E.D. Method

Every Clark & Harper Visions project follows the same five phases. You see the plan and the price before any build work starts, and you approve each step before we move to the next. You always know which phase you are in and what comes next.

  1. Strategy (about day 1): a discovery call, a look at your top competitors, and one agreed #1 goal.
  2. Planning (about days 2–3): your sitemap, timeline, asset checklist, and fixed written quote.
  3. Execution (about days 3–10): design, copy, a mobile-first build, and your tools connected.
  4. Evolution (about day 11): your review, up to 2 rounds of changes, and our launch checklist.
  5. Delivery (about day 12 or later): launch, Google Search Console, a walkthrough video, your files, and ongoing support.

Timeframes are typical for a website project. Brand, marketing, and AI projects follow the same phases, and we confirm your dates in Planning. The method is the same whether you work with us in person in Central Texas or virtually from anywhere.
