What Happens During the Execution Phase
Execution is the build. On a website project it usually runs about days 3–10.
Design from a proven starting point
We design your pages from a proven starting point, styled in your brand colors. That means you get a site built on a layout that works, shaped around your business instead of a blank page that takes weeks to figure out.
Copy that speaks to your customers
We write clear copy for your pages in a voice that fits your business. You do not have to write your own content. You just check that the facts about your business are right.
Mobile-first build
We build your site mobile-first, so it works well on the phones most visitors use, and then make sure it looks right on computers too.
Connecting Your Tools, AI and Automation
A website should do more than sit there. In Execution we connect the tools in your approved plan so your site can take action for you.
Booking and forms
We connect booking and contact forms so visitors can take the main action you chose for each page in Planning.
AI receptionist and AI chat
If you added them to your plan, we connect D.I.A.R.A., our voice AI desk receptionist that answers your business calls, and V.I.S.I.O.N., our AI chatbot that answers website visitors and hands you leads.
Automation that saves time
Where your plan includes automation, such as getting lead details into one place with M.I.C.A.H., we set it up during the build so it is ready when you review the draft.
Seeing Progress as We Go
You are not left waiting in the dark until launch day. You can see progress and give feedback during Execution, so small changes happen early, when they are easy.
The most helpful thing you can do in this phase is answer our questions quickly as they come up. A quick reply about a service detail or a photo keeps the build moving.

How Execution Fits the S.P.E.E.D. Method
Every Clark & Harper Visions project follows the same five phases. You see the plan and the price before any build work starts, and you approve each step before we move to the next. You always know which phase you are in and what comes next.
- Strategy (about day 1): a discovery call, a look at your top competitors, and one agreed #1 goal.
- Planning (about days 2–3): your sitemap, timeline, asset checklist, and fixed written quote.
- Execution (about days 3–10): design, copy, a mobile-first build, and your tools connected.
- Evolution (about day 11): your review, up to 2 rounds of changes, and our launch checklist.
- Delivery (about day 12 or later): launch, Google Search Console, a walkthrough video, your files, and ongoing support.
Timeframes are typical for a website project. Brand, marketing, and AI projects follow the same phases, and we confirm your dates in Planning. The method is the same whether you work with us in person in Central Texas or virtually from anywhere.
